A settlement has been reached in the long-running legal dispute between Sean Quinn's children and IBRC.
The businessman's five adult children had denied liability for around €415 million of guarantees under loans from the former Anglo Irish Bank to Quinn companies.
The High Court has been told the Quinns have consented to judgment of €440 million, or around €88 million each, however there will be a stay on the execution of these judgments "on terms agreed by the parties".
Mr Justice Garrett Simons congratulated both sides on reaching an agreement.
None of the Quinn children were present in the High Court today.
