Eight out of ten IT companies plan to hire new staff over the next three months - according to a new survey which monitors sentiment in the sector.
The Irish Software Association quizzed the CEOs and founders of Tech companies to develop the Digital Technology Index.
The survey also found that 85 percent of IT companies here expect their business to grow in the coming month.
But tech companies say finding talent to fill their roles can be a challenge.
