A senior Garda has been suspended today.
The force has confirmed an officer has been suspended from duty, but wouldn't provide any further information.
But it's understood it relates to allegations of harassment and bullying that have been made against him.
The male officer had been under investigation after complaints were filed by another serving Garda.
The Garda Ombudsman says it doesn't comment on individual investigations.
