From today it's illegal for members of the public to record, influence or harass service users within 100 to 250 metres from the site.
Public signage will highlight the legal requirements at each zone and the PSNI says it will make arrests if it's alerted to a breach.
The changes are opposed by some pro life charities who are branding the law restricting
