Ryanair has been voted among the world's worst airlines.
Compensation claims company Airhelp has placed it 68th out of 72 carriers with a score of 5.6/10.
The airlines were scored based on their on-time performance, service quality and claim processing.
Ryanair received its lowest score for how efficiently it handles compensation claims, and how long it takes them to pay out.
It fared much better in terms of punctuality and the overall service it provides.
Irish flag carrier Aer Lingus taxis in at number 47, with an overall score of 6.8 out of 10.
