Russell Brand Charged With Rape In Britain
British Police say Russell Brand's been charged with rape.
The comedian and actor's also facing counts of sexual assault, indecent assault and oral rape.
The charges relate to alleged offences in London and Bournemouth between 1999 and 2005.
The investigation follows reports by Channel 4's Dispatches and the Sunday Times in 2023.
Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy from the Metropolitan Police said, "The women who have made reports continue to receive support from specially trained officers."
