A robot will be used to line the pitches of a GAA match for the first time later this month.
The Intelligent Marking device will mark the pitches for the GAA World Games.
They take place at Waterford IT from July 28th to August 1st.

The robot weighs around 60 kilograms and takes up no more space than a typical lawn mower.
It will take less than an hour for the robot to get the pitch ready.
WIT Arena’s David Grant had high praise for the robots workmanship, saying “The lines and the various markings aren’t just right. They are absolutely spot on.
