House prices in Ireland have seen a year on year increase of almost 11 per cent.
The latest MyHome.ie report shows the national median asking price for a house is now €320,000.
In Dublin, the median price is €403,000.
The report says a minor fall in house prices may be on its way. as cost-of-living concerns and irisng interest rates slow demand for houses.
Davy Chief Economist and report author Conall MacCoille expects inflation in the market to slow in the second half of the year.
But he doesn't expect inflation's impact on demand to cause a sharp drop in house prices.
