Red Warnings Issued As Storm Bert Heads For Ireland
Status red rain warnings have been issued for Cork and Galway, as Storm Bert tracks towards Ireland.
They will run from midnight until 10 am, with Met Eireann warning of sever flooding, damage to homes and businesses as well as dangerous travelling conditions.

There'll be a similar status orange alert in Waterford, Kerry, Clare, Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim.
That will run from midnight tonight until 10am on Saturday morning also with river flooding possible, and difficult travelling conditions.

The entire country will be under wind and rain warning from 10pm tonight.
While Donegal, will also be subject to a snow-ice warning from midrnight which will run until midday on Saturday.
