A quarter of Ireland's adult population is now fully vaccinated against covid-19.
That's according to the latest information from the HSE, with 2.9 million vaccines administered in total.
Almost 900,000 people have received both doses of a vaccine.
Over two million first doses have been administered.
That makes up 53 percent of adults.
Meanwhile, the rollout program has been given a boost with new research about Covid immunity.
New evidence from HIQA shows people who've had the virus are now immune to re-infection for nine months, rather than six months.
This means people under the age of 50 here who've had Covid recently should only need one dose of a vaccine.
