Jacqueline is described as being 5-foot-10 inches in height, of slim build, with shoulder-length dark brown, curly hair and green eyes.
When last seen she was wearing a red check shirt, blue jeans and carrying a red handbag.
Her five-year-old daughter Scarlet is described as having hazel-coloured eyes and light brown hair, which was tied up in a ponytail.
The pair have been missing since last Sunday, July 24th from the Shantallow area of Derry city
It's believed the mother and daughter may have travelled across the border in a blue Ford Kuga with a green 'Children On Board' sticker.
Police are keen to know that Scarlet is safe and well, and are appealing directly to the person they believe Scarlet is with to get in touch.
