Members of the Orange Order are warning there could be trouble later, because many loyalists feel they should be allowed to march peacefully wherever they want to.
The Order will try to march through the nationalist Ardoyne area of Belfast for the second time, after being denied access on the Twelfth of July.
The parade is due to start at 2.30pm.
Loyalist Campaigner Willie Frazier believes today's protests may get violent.
Meanwhile, the Orange Order has released a leaflet which will be distributed to all at today's protest.
