NEW: PayPal is NOT offering a voluntary redundancy programme for the 307 jobs to go across its Blanchardstown and Dundalk offices.

PayPal says the company won't be seeking voluntary redundancy on this occasion.
PayPal says it will offer affected staff an 'enhanced redundancy and support package', adding that it will continue to employ over 2,000 people across both offices.
Consultations will begin this Thursday.
