There seems to be no last-minute breakthrough in the Junior Doctor's strike, as more than 3 thousand doctors plan to stop work tomorrow morning.
The head of the HSE says industrial action is now inevitable, although he's still urging non-consultant hospital doctors to return to talks at the LRC.
15 thousand patients will be affected at 51 hospitals across the country, although doctors have agreed to provide weekend cover for in patients and emergency care.
The strike will start at 7 o'clock tomorrow morning until midnight.
Stephen McMahon from the Irish Patients Association says it's a grave disappointment that there's been no resolution ahead of the strike.
