Over 50 percent of the adult population is now fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
69 percent have received a first dose while 4.4 million vaccines have been administered.
It's expected all adults could be fully protected against severe effects of the virus by the end of August or early September.

Under-35s will continue to receive the Johnson and Johnson vaccine in pharmacies today, and 34-year-olds can sign up for an MRNA jab tomorrow.
The HSE's online portal wasn't due to open for the 30-34 age group until Friday, but the Health Minister says it's been brought forward.
The application process will continue with 33-year-olds on Thursday, down to 30-year-olds on Sunday.
