Drugs with a street value of over €4 million have been seized by Customs officers.
72 thousand ecstasy tablets were discovered along with 60 kilos of herbal cannabis, 33 kilos of cocaine and and a quantity of MDMA.
The drugs were found by customs officers in a vehicle importing plant machinery.
The vehicle had been profiled by Revenue officers at the National profiling Centre.
The seizure happened in the Border Midlands West Region, but a Revenue spokesperson said the exact location was not being revealed at this point.
Revenue says investigations are ongoing, with a view to prosecution.
