A person has died following a fire at a building in Dublin city centre.
Several units of Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene on Capel Street on Monday afternoon.
A number of people had to be evacuated from this building when the fire broke out at 4.30 pm on Monday.
Emergency services found a body inside a residential unit in the building after the blaze was brought under control.
Gardaí say they've no further details about the deceased at this time.
Their body has been removed to the Dublin City Mortuary, where a post-mortem will be carried out.

The scene has been preserved for a technical exam to establish how the fire started.
