There was a ten-fold increase in the number of noise complaints at Dublin Airport last year.
But the vast majority of them were lodged by just two people, with one filing almost 8-thousand grievances.
There were 15,160 complaints about noise lodged with Dublin Airport last year - compared with around 14-hundred in 2018.
Two people made up nearly three-quarters of them, with one person from Ongar lodging more than 7,700 complaints or 21 a day on average, according to the Herald.
Four and a half thousand of them were filed in July alone - averaging 147 every day. Another person sent in 3,400 complaints.
Meanwhile, there were 37 grievances from people in Swords, 27 from Portmarnock and 25 from those living in Hollystown.
