Novak Djokovic has been cleared to defend his Australian Open title.
Judge Anthony Kelly has quashed the cancellation of the world number one's visa.
It emerged that the Serbian tennis player had tested positive for Covid-19 in recent weeks, which granted him a medical exemption to enter the country unvaccinated.
As a result, Djokovic will be allowed to stay in Australia and have his passport returned to him.
He's also set to be released from immigration detention immediately.
Police have used pepper spray as Novak Djokovic left his lawyer's office in Melbourne.
The country's immigration minister still has the power to revoke his visa again.
