1,080 new covid-19 cases have been recorded in Northern Ireland over the past 24 hours.
It's the highest daily number since the pandemic began.
No additional deaths have been reported.
In the past week alone, there have been over 5,000 new infections, according to the Department of Health.
One hundred and 32 people are now in hospital with the virus.
Meanwhile, the North's Deputy First Minister Michelle O'Neill is self-isolating as she waits for a test for COVID-19.
She's working remotely after she came into close contact with a family member, who has since tested positive for the virus.
