Malaysian police say Nora Quoirin died of internal bleeding two or three days before her body was found.
Police say there were no signs of foul play found during the post mortem, she was not raped and her hymen was intact.
Forensics revealed she died from intestinal damage thought to be caused by prolonged hunger and stress.
It also found that she had scratches on her feet.
15 year old Nora who had special needs was missing for ten days after disappearing from the resort where she was staying with her parents
Her family had travelled to the resort the day before and her father raised the alarm after finding her bed empty and a downstairs window open.
A major search operation involving over 300 people was launched and her body was found on Tuesday near a waterfall she said she was excited to visit.
