The finance minister says the public will be "astounded" at the good news being delivered in Tuesday's Budget.
Michael Noonan says there are only a small number of "bits and bobs" to be finalised before the Budget's announced.
He's told the Fine Gael national conference in Limerick that this year's Budget will do the last of the "heavy lifting" to restore the public finances.
