The Taoiseach's insisting that nobody is being forced to pay next year's property tax in 2013.
Enda Kenny's told the Dáil that anyone who wants to pay the tax early can do so, but isn't being forced to.
The Taoiseach was responding to claims from Fianna Fáil that the confusion was caused by the government's attempt to ram the law through the Dáil without scrutiny.
