A director of Quinn Industrial Holdings says the 'paymaster' behind the Kevin Lunney is still at large.
Mr Lunney - a director with the company - was stripped, doused in bleach and brutally beaten in Co Cavan in September 2019.
Three men were convicted for their roles in the attack yesterday.
But John McCartin says the person who ordered the crime is still at large.

Earlier, the judge also heaped praise on Mr Lunney, describing him as a “most impressive” witness.

"Very little joy can be taken from a verdict like this."
"Until the person who precured, resourced and paid for this particular crime and the wider campaign of violence against the company [is found] there's no guarantee that the campaign is over."
Mr McCartin thanked the gardaí and the courts for their part in the conviction.
He paid particular tribute to the bravery of Kevin Lunney and his family during the courts process.
