Casper, is looking for people with 'exceptional sleeping ability' and 'ability to sleep through anything."
Successful candidates get to come to work in their pajamas and get paid 25-dollars an hour to sleep in the store.
When they're not sleeping , they'll be busy creating video content to post on Casper's social media accounts.
