A new report by Daft.ie has found house prices have fallen slightly in the past year.
Asking prices between April and June 2023 were 0.5% lower than the same period last year.
It's the first time since mid-2020 that the property listings website has recorded an annual price fall.
However, prices rose by 2.4% compared to the start of 2023.
The average listed price nationwide was €309,648, up 2.4% on the average prices between January and March.
13,000 homes were available to buy on June 1st, up by 5% on the same date in 2022, but well below the 2019 average of 24,200.
