Netflix has begun its long-awaited global crackdown on password sharing.
The streaming giant has told users worldwide that people they don't live with will no longer be able to use their account for free.
In a statement the company said "a Netflix account is for use by one household".
"Everyone living in that household can use Netflix wherever they are — at home, on the go, on holiday — and take advantage of new features like Transfer Profile and Manage Access and Devices".
It's estimated that more than 100-million households have given their log-in details to friends and family.
The company is to send emails about account sharing to customers in 103 countries and territories.
