A status orange rain warning for Cork, Kerry and Waterford has been extended until tomorrow afternoon.
Met Eireann is warning of heavy and intense rainfall throughout today and tomorrow in those affected areas, with the chance of localised flooding.

Other status yellow rainfall warnings for Storm Babet which cover the rest of the country will run until various times on Wednesday.
A status yellow warning for Leinster, Cavan, Donegal and Monaghand will be in place until 8pm on Wednesday.
A similar rain alert for Clare, Limerick, Tipperary and Connacht will run until 6pm tomorrow.
As well as the chance of heavy and intense rainfall Met Eireann is also running of strong and gusty winds in places.
