Murder accused told Gardai she was afraid of colleague

A jury has heard that a waitress who denies murdering her colleague told Gardaí was afraid of him because he used to follow her and wait outside her home.

Marta Herda of Pairc na Saile, Emoclew Road in Arklow is accused of deliberately driving Csaba Orsas off the South Quay harbour on March 26th 2013.

The court has heard she told Gardaí that she drove into the water because she said she "couldn'Â’t take it anymore".
