A man has died in a road crash between a motorbike and a tractor in Co. Cork.
It happened at Gooseberry Hill in Newmarket, at around 8.15pm on Tuesday evening.
The motorcyclist, who was aged in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road at Gooseberryhill, Newmarket remained closed overnight while a forensic examination was carried out.
Any road users with video or dashcam footage, who were travelling in the Gooseberryhill area between 7:45pm and 8:30pm on Tuesday evening, is asked to contact Gardaí.
