A motorcyclist has died after his bike collided with a car in Co.Cork last night.
The accident happened at 8 o'clock last night at Lough Beg in Ringaskiddy.
The man in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car was uninjured.
The crash brings the total number of people killed on the country's roads this year to 40.
Five people were killed in accidents over St.Patrick's weekend.
