An expectant mother will find out in 2 weeks time if sheÂ’s won her High Court challenge against the HSEÂ’s refusal to facilitate a home birth.
Aja Teehan, a university lecturer based in Kilkenny, claims the policy maintained by the HSE breaches her rights.
