A nationwide status yellow high-temperature warning will be in effect from tomorrow.
It will run from midday on Friday until the early hours of Sunday morning.

Met Eireann says it will be hot today with highs of between 27 and 29 degrees.
The usual advice applies - put on suncream, stay hydrated and be careful if near water.
Heatwaves are going to be more frequent and common in years to come because of man-made climate change.
