More problems at Ulster Bank

Irish customers at Ulster Bank have been affected by problems for the second time in less than a fortnight.

Ulster Bank says the issue - which delayed payments into some customer accounts overnight - has been resolved.

It's just the latest in a string of problems at the bank - in the summer of 2012 hundreds of thousands of customers were locked out of their online bank accounts for weeks.
