Two cabinet ministers have defended Irish Water's spending on consultants.
Leo Varadkar and Richard Bruton say they're confident that the 50 million euro bill will prove to be value for money.
Minister Varadkar has also rejected calls for the environment minister Phil Hogan to come before TDs and explain the new company's huge spending.
