The Arts Minister says vaccine passes will be a likely requirement as indoor concerts and events return in September.
Catherine Martin says she believes they will be required "for that first phase to make sure that we can have them reopen."
Minister Martin says she had a "positive meeting" with representatives from the entertainment sector earlier.
But the Events Industry Alliance has expressed "anger and frustration" with the lack of a confirmed reopening date.

They will get key dates when in the roadmap to reopening, which will be published tomorrow.
The Cabinet Sub-Committee on Covid will meet this afternoon to finalise the timeline for easing all restrictions.
