A status yellow warning for wind has been issued for five counties today.
Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo, Galway and Clare will be affected.
⚠️ Two status yellow weather warnings come into place at 1pm.
🟡 An alert for Clare, Galway and Mayo will be in place until 9pm tonight.
🟡 Another warning will run in Donegal, Leitrim and Sligo until 6am on Thursday.

The alert for Galway, Mayo and Clare runs from 1pm on Wednesday, until 9pm on Wednesday night.
While a similar warning for Donegal, Leitrim and Sligo will start at the same time, however that will run until 6am on Thursday morning.
Met Eireann's warning of very strong winds from the south west that could make driving conditions difficult.
In a statement on it's website Met Eireann said,
"Very strong southwest winds veering west to northwest are expected on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
"Winds will be strongest at the coast with some severe gusts along with a possibility of wave overtopping.
"Hazardous driving conditions are expected in exposed areas."
