Funeral details have been announced for the late broadcaster Charlie Bird.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday afternoon at the Mansion House in Dublin city.
The service takes place in the Round Room at 12 midday.
The former RTÉ journalist died on Monday at the age of 74.
Charlie Bird was diagnosed with motor neuron disease in 2021. He shared publicly about his struggle with the disease and spent the past few years raising money and awareness for a number of charities, including Samaritans.
