MDMA worth an estimated €200,000 has been seized in Co. Wexford.
It was recovered following an incident in the early hours of Monday morning in which a car failed to stop at a Garda checkpoint in Clonard.

A short time later a man in his 20s was arrested and taken to Wexford Garda Station.
Following a search of a car, a significant quantity of MDMA was found.
A follow-up search at a property in Wexford resulted in another substantial seizure of what is also believed to be the drug.
Further to this, Gardaí searched another car and another find of the drug was made.
Gardai say the combined value of the haul is an estimated €200,000.
