Gardai are continuing to question a man in his 30's after a fatal stabbing in Tallaght in Dublin last night.
The incident happened at a house in Kiltalown Way at around 6.40 yesterday evening.
A man in his 30's received stab injuries and was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after 7pm.
A man was arrested at the scene and is being held at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
