Gardaí are seeking information in relation to three separate locations and two vehicles which are believed to be involved in the incident:
Croftwood Park: This is the location of the house where the fatal shooting took place.
Le Fanu Drive/Killeen Road: It is believed that a blue Ford Fiesta left the scene of the shooting and travelled to Le Fanu Drive/Killeen Road. This car was located burnt out in the area.
Monksfield Walk/Monksfield Lawn, Clondalkin: A second car, a Silver Skoda Octavia, was in the area of Killeen Road and travelled to Monksfield Walk/Monksfield Lawn and then may have travelled through Parkwest or New Nangor Road to get to Woodford Estate.
The Silver Skoda Octavia was discovered abandoned in Monksfield Walk and was burnt out. It is believed a suspect left the area on foot towards the green area, adjacent to Monksfield Walk.
Anyone with information, particularly anyone who was in the area between 10:30am - 11:30am, is being urged to contact Gardai.
