A man in his 20s was taken to hospital following a serious crash on the south quays in Dublin city centre.
Gardaí were called to a road crash, involving an e-scooter and a car, at around 3.20am on Thursday on Usher's Quay.
The man on the electric scooter was seriously injured in the collision and was taken to St James's Hospital.

Road closures and diversions were in place Mellows Bridge to Father Matthew Bridge on Thursday morning.
It led to traffic chaos along the south quays, a very busy commuter corridor.
The road was fully reopened by Gardaí just after 8.30am.
