A man is being treated in hospital after he was stabbed a number of times in Cork city last night.
It happened at around 10:50am at Ardmore Avenue in Knocknaheeney.
The 30-year-old was taken to Cork University Hospital where his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
No arrests have been made.
Gardai say their investigation is ongoing.
