A 51 year old man has been further remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of his mother in Kerry.

Yesterday, Killarney District Court heard the DPP was directing prosecution on indictment before the Central Criminal Court.
Gardaí told Tralee District Court today a book of evidence should be ready in two weeks' time.
Judge David Waters further remanded Mr Burns in custody to appear at Tralee Courthouse on March 22nd - in person, if a book of evidence is ready - if not, he'll appear via videolink.
