A man facing a double murder charge in Sligo appeared in Court facing a new charge of attempted murder.
The accused is charged with the murder of Aidan Moffitt and Michael Snee in April.
The DPP had directed Yousef Palani in the Central Criminal Court to face two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.
22-year-old Mr Palani of 10 Markievicz Heights, Sligo didn't make any reply.
The court heard the DPP had instructed a previous charge of assault causing serious harm could be withdrawn and stuck out.
The accused is charged with the murder of Aidan Moffitt at his home in Cartron Heights on April 10th and the murder of Michael Snee at City View Apartments on April 12th.
And now also been charged with the attempted murder of Anthony Burke at Cleveragh Road in Sligo on April 9th.
He's been remanded in custody until September 22nd.
