A man is due in court in Cork this morning in connection with a road crash in the north of the county.
The two-car crash happened on Saturday evening on McCurtain Street in Fermoy.
A man in his 20s was taken to CUH after the crash but passed away yesterday.
A man in his 30s who was arrested at the scene has since been charged.
He's due to appear before Mallow District Court this morning at half 10.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to come forward, and any motorists who may have dash cam footage and were travelling in the McCurtain Street area between 8:30 pm and 9 pm are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
