A man is due to appear before a special court sitting in Clare this morning on suspicion of offences linked to the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act.
The 33-year-old was arrested at an address in Ennistymon on Wednesday and charged yesterday afternoon.
He will appear before a special sitting of Kilrush District Court at ten o'clock this morning.
