A man is due in court today to face charges in connection with an incident outside the Russian Embassy in Dublin.
A truck was driven through the gates on Orwell Road at around half 1 yesterday afternoon.
A man was arrested at the scene and will appear before Tallaght District Court this morning.
The Embassy condemned the incident, describing it as "a criminal act of insanity".

In a statement, the Embassy said it believes "no people of sound mind could support such senseless and barbaric actions."
It also accused Gardaí of standing idle as the incident unfolded.
