A man has appeared in court, charged with the murder of Lyra McKee in Derry.
The 29-year-old journalist was shot dead during rioting in the Creggan area of Derry City last April.
52 year old Paul McIntyre from Derry is also accused of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life - and claiming to be a member of a banned organisation.
The New IRA says it was behind the killing.
Four men were arrested in connection with her death Tuesday and three were released without charge.
