A man in his 70s has died after a house fire in Waterford in the early hours of this morning.
The fire started shortly after 5 o'clock at Ballytruckle Court.
The man's body has been taken to University Hospital in the city for a post-mortem.
Gardai say foul play is not suspected.
One of the man's neighbours says it's a tragedy for the local area.
